I come from one of the smallest cities in Thailand.
And it's exactly there that I learned what great taste truly means.

In my hometown, there are no shortcuts when it comes to cooking.
People know each other — and they know their ingredients.

Spices aren't just bought, they're carefully chosen.
Recipes aren't read, they're passed down.

I grew up with the flavors of my city —
honest, bold, and deeply respectful of the ingredients.

When I moved to Switzerland, I wanted to bring exactly that with me:
the quality, the care, and the pride with which food is cooked back home.
