DRUNK CHILLI CRUNCH SPAGHETTI
A bold East-meets-West pasta inspired by Thai Drunken Noodles — fiery, garlicky, addictive.

Ingredients

200g spaghetti

250 g shrimp

2 garlic cloves

Basil
-
2 tbsp chili crunch
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions

Cook spaghetti until al dente.

Heat chili crunch in a pan.

Add garlic and sauté briefly.
- Add shrimp and saute until half cooked

Add spaghetti and soy sauce.

Toss in the basil.

Add pasta water if needed.

Cook pasta separately.

Add chili crunch + garlic → 3 min / 120°C / Speed 1.

Add shrimp → 3 min / 120°C / Speed 1.

Add pasta + soy sauce → 2 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed 1.
Tips
-
Replace spaghetti with rice noodles for a Thai version.
- Spinach works if basil is unavailable.
