    Ingredients

    • 200g spaghetti
    • 250 g shrimp
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • Basil
    • 2 tbsp chili crunch
    • 1 tbsp soy sauce

    Instructions

    1. Cook spaghetti until al dente.
    2. Heat chili crunch in a pan.
    3. Add garlic and sauté briefly.
    4. Add shrimp and saute until half cooked
    5. Add spaghetti and soy sauce.
    6. Toss in the basil.
    7. Add pasta water if needed.

    1. Cook pasta separately.
    2. Add chili crunch + garlic → 3 min / 120°C / Speed ​​1.

    Tips

    • Replace spaghetti with rice noodles for a Thai version.
