Fried Rice with Chili Crunch

    Ingredients

    Fresh

    • 2 cups cooked rice
    • 1 egg
    • Mixed vegetables
    • Chopped onion + garlic
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • Soy sauce
    • Salt
    • 1–2 tbsp chili crunch

    Instructions

    1. Sautéed onion and garlic.
    2. Crack the egg in the pan and scramble it.
    3. Add vegetables and stir-fry.
    4. Add rice and break up clumps.
    5. Add chili crunch and mix well.
    6. Season with soy sauce and salt.
    7. Top with extra chili crunch.

    1. Add rice → Turbo 1 sec (optional fluffing).
    2. Add all ingredients → 6 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed ​​1.
