1 egg

Mixed vegetables

Chopped onion + garlic

1 tbsp oil

Soy sauce

- 1–2 tbsp chili crunch
Instructions
- Sautéed onion and garlic.

Crack the egg in the pan and scramble it.

Add vegetables and stir-fry.

Add rice and break up clumps.

Add chili crunch and mix well.

Season with soy sauce and salt.

Top with extra chili crunch.
