Shrimp / Lachs Panaeng Curry

    A rich, creamy Thai curry that's mild, velvety, and incredibly beginner-friendly.

    Ingredients

    • 250g shrimp or salmon
    • 1 red pepper or zucchini
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • Fish sauce or salt
    • 2-3 tbsp panaeng curry paste
    • 1 can coconut milk
    • Basil (optional)

    Instructions

    1. Cook coconut milk together with panaeng paste until fragrant and the oil separated
    2. Add vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes.
    3. Add more coconut milk if needed
    4. Add shrimp or salmon and cook until just done.
    5. Season with fish sauce.
    6. Add basil before serving.

    1. Paste + coconut milk→ 3 min / 120°C / Speed ​​1.
    2. Add coconut milk + veg → 6 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed ​​1.
    3. Add shrimp/salmon → 4 min / 90°C / Reverse / Speed ​​1.

    Tips

    • Use mushrooms or tofu for a vegetarian option.
