THAI HOT CHICKEN STIR-FRY
A fast, punchy Thai stir-fry with chicken and beans in spicy red curry paste.

Ingredients

250g chicken

100g Green beans

1 garlic clove

1 tbsp oil

Salt
- 2 tbsp red curry paste
Instructions

Heat oil and sauté garlic.

Add red curry paste and stir.

Add chicken and cook until almost done.

Add beans and stir-fry.

Season to taste.

Serve hot with rice.

Add chicken → 6 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed 1.
- Add beans → 3 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed 1.
Tips
-
Replace chicken with tofu or beef.

Green beans → snow peas, broccoli
- Add 1-2 tbsp coconut milk for a milder flavor.
- Add chili crunch at the end for extra crunch
