THAI HOT CHICKEN STIR-FRY

    A fast, punchy Thai stir-fry with chicken and beans in spicy red curry paste.

    Ingredients

    • 250g chicken
    • 100g Green beans
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1 tbsp oil
    • Salt
    • 2 tbsp red curry paste

    Instructions

    1. Heat oil and sauté garlic.
    2. Add red curry paste and stir.
    3. Add chicken and cook until almost done.
    4. Add beans and stir-fry.
    5. Season to taste.
    6. Serve hot with rice.

    Thermomix Mode

    1. Red Curry Paste + oil → 2 min / 120°C / Speed ​​1.
    2. Add chicken → 6 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed ​​1.
    3. Add beans → 3 min / 100°C / Reverse / Speed ​​1.

    Tips

    • Replace chicken with tofu or beef.
    • Green beans → snow peas, broccoli
    • Add 1-2 tbsp coconut milk for a milder flavor.
    • Add chili crunch at the end for extra crunch
