THE 10-MINS MASTER CURRY FORM
Forget following four different recipes. Whether you're using the Red, Green, Panang, or Massaman paste from this box, the method is universal.
This is how Thai grandmothers do it.
Step 1: The "Crack" (Crucial!)
- Heat 3 tbsp of coconut milk.
- Add 2-3 tbsp of curry paste.
- Fry until it smells amazing and oil separates.
- (This step unlocks flavor. Never skip it.)
Step 2: The Simmer
- Add protein → coat well.
- Pour in remaining coconut milk.
- Add vegetables.
Step 3: The Balance (The Secret)
- Simmer until the veg is tender (about 5-7 mins).
- Now, taste it. Add a tablespoon of Fish Sauce and crucially a teaspoon of the Coconut Sugar to taste
Step 4: The Danger Zone
Want it hotter? Drizzle “Chili Crunch” before serving.
